H.L. Mysterios, occult, evil and harsh, ARISTARCHOS reminds me at Borgne in terms of atmosphere, though less industrial. Especially parts II and III are intoxicating, full of black passion and soul corrupting. When you are into fast black metal with piercing guitars, a transparent clear sound and a dense sinister atmosphere you are absolutely right here! Favorite track: Ascension III - To They Who Dwell Upon the Firmaments.

Jordan Vauvert Aristarchos, groupe provenant d'Écosse et... c'est la seule chose que l'on sache de la formation qui a l'air de cultiver une aura de mystère — du genre celui qui provient des abysses et qu'on a peur de regarder dans les yeux — livre ce premier album sans titre. Composé de cinq Ascensions (probablement celle d'une Bête cherchant à s'extraire du néant), cet album est cousu d'un monstrueux black metal industriel lorgnant sur les atmosphères cosmiques. Très prometteur !
